Transformational hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are powerful tools used to facilitate rapid and long-lasting change in individuals facing various ailments and emotional traumas. If you suffer from any type of seizures, epilepsy or had any brain injuries, or you have a diagnosis relating to BPD or sever mental health conditions, hypnosis is NOT recommended for you. ADHD or Autism is not categorised as severe mental health condition.

You may be asked to provide a written confirmation from your medical professional to confirm any treatment(s) through hypnosis (where necessary), and a written confirmation from your Doctor MUST be provided, stating their agreement, for anyone on chemical medications. Even if all necessary precautions have been taken, MPH Evolutions waivers any responsibility in regards to the success (or their lack thereof) any outcomes and will not be held accountable for any damages or losses of any kind, and by booking and paying for any treatments, you hereby agree to such terms as stated above.
Hypnotherapy is recommended for anyone aged 7 and over, all minors (age 7-16 years) must be accompanied by a trusted adult of their choice, for any consultation and sessions. This is based on UK law and regulations.
Please note all sessions and consultations are held online via Zoom, with video recording on, for quality and insurance purposes only and are never shared with any outside 3rd party (unless requested by law).

Emergence
Fast yet soothing technique to wake you up after the change work has been completed. Please note you may feel a little sleepy afterwards. This is perfectly normal and to be expected!
