Certified Mindfulness Coach & Hypnotherapist
If you’re here, chances are life hasn’t felt simple for a while – and you might be feeling a little lost in who you are, especially after everything you’ve been through.
You’re not alone in that. And more importantly, you’re not stuck there.
I work with single parents, particularly those healing after difficult or toxic relationships, to help them reconnect with themselves again. Not just to “move on”, but to actually feel like you again – calm, grounded, and more confident in who you are and the life you’re creating. And as a parent, I know your healing doesn’t happen in isolation – it becomes something you gently pass on, helping your children feel safer, more understood, and better equipped to navigate their own emotions.
My work blends identity coaching with mind-body approaches like mindfulness, hypnosis, and energy work. But more than anything, it’s about creating a space where you can breathe, feel understood, and gently start making sense of things – without pressure or judgment.
Together, we look at what’s been holding you back, shift the patterns that no longer serve you, and rebuild that sense of inner safety and trust. At your pace, in your way.
This work is deeply personal to me. I understand how much our experiences – especially the hard ones – can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. And I also know how powerful it is when that begins to change.
Through my personal experience growing up in a very abusive environment, I know and truly understand the deep impact toxicity has on our emotional wellbeing, when it’s been caused by fears and cycles of hardship, from past traumatic relationships – whether this was with romantic partners, family members, friendship circles or the work environment. It is the source of my passion in helping others, focusing on single parents like myself.
I’ve been supporting people through their healing and growth for many years now, and I still feel incredibly honoured to do this work every single day.
Outside of my work, I’m a mum, a creative soul, and someone who finds joy in the little things – whether that’s being outside in nature, laughing with my kids, or simply having a quiet moment to reset.
I love life, even in the darker or scarier moments and despite the odds, I’m still a half cup full woman! And whilst knowing that growing is not a destination and rather a journey, I too learn to change the mindset about my own limiting beliefs as and when they show up.
One of my favourite mantras is, that no matter what you do or feel, you are able to find exactly that piece of joy, which brightens you up inside.
